You can modify any element of your theme or create your own theme. Use the theme we offer, add and remove elements. This will help you understand how Rainmeter themes work. You will find other topics on the internet.

However, I must warn you that not all the elements visible on the screen have an impact on the functioning of Windows. Some, of course, allow direct action on the system. But others, many even, play only a fanciful role.

You can install Rainmeter themes on Windows and add other customization methods alongside. The advantage of items displayed from Rainmeter is that they do not require any special permission from the system. They do not modify the configurations either.
